What?

The EDUC Staff Mentoring Programme brings together two employees (one mentor and one mentee) of different EDUC universities to foster professional development and career growth while building an inclusive European culture and multiplying networks. 

Why?

The mentoring programme is designed to foster the development of skills and competencies for both mentors and mentees. Key objectives for participation include enhancing knowledge and skills, expanding professional networks, sharing expertise and best practice, and providing mentors with the opportunity to improve their mentoring and communication skills. 

How?

Dates for training sessions:

• 24 March: Kick-off Meeting for mentors and mentees (14:00-15:00)
• 16 June: Chek-In Meeting for mentors and mentees (13:00-14:30)
• 27 October: Wrap-Up Meeting for mentors and mentees (10:00-11:30)

Prerequisite

• You have fewer than 3-years of experience in your current field.
• Your English level is at least B1.
• You wish to develop your professional competency.
• You can commit to 10 hours in the next 6 months.

The EDUC Staff Mentoring Programme takes place during working hours.
The mentor and mentee will:

• Have at least one online meeting a month for 6 months.
• Participate in 3 digital training sessions with mentors, mentees and trainer.
